Who is eligible for home insurance discounts?
You could be eligible for a discount on your home insurance based on the following criteria:
- You have a central monitored alarm or a central monitored alarm.
- You’ve had insurance coverage for 3 to 5 consecutive years without making a claim.
- You have the claims free discount and upon your first claim, the discount will be reduced instead of having it removed altogether.
- You choose to increase the deductible from the standard deductible, you’ll receive a discount on your premium.
- You’re 50 years of age or older.
- You own a home or condominium that’s mortgage free.
- Your home is less than 30 years old.
