Farrell has been excellent to me. Unfortunately my basement flooded and I had to file a claim but through the whole thing they were great. They always got back to me right away, asking if there was anything else they could do to help. I love the local hospitality.

The people that work at Farrell that I have worked with are all very down to earth and just able to talk to me in a very relaxed way that I can understand. Even when they are busy there have been times that they have really gone out of their way to get things done and that's something i definitely appreciate.

Any time I have any questions or concerns I receive a response right away. I really enjoy that they provide me with clear and helpful response each and every time. I would highly recommend this insurance agency to anyone.

I have used other insurance agencies before and they don't compare to this one. They are a local company and you can tell because of how you are treated. They have a very pleasant, local feel to them.
