Her journey began in 1987 working in the individual insurance market. In 2004, she immersed herself working in the group market focusing on group solutions that cater to the diverse needs of organizations and their employees. She discovered a passion for the benefits market and is now working with businesses from the Lower Mainland to Vancouver Island and beyond including Alberta and Ontario.
She has made it her mission to work with non-profit organizations serving the Community Living Sector, Indigenous Communities, and other organizations in the non-profit arena.
Throughout the years, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of benefits plan design and structure, including plan funding, cost-sharing models, and coverage strategies.
