Doug Birks brings extensive experience supporting employers across Canada, the USA, and international markets in optimizing their Canadian benefits plans. He simplifies benefits planning and communication, ensuring employees receive meaningful coverage while fostering understanding and engagement.

Before joining Montridge, Doug worked with one of Canada’s largest insurers, giving him valuable insight into the benefits landscape. He holds the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation and serves as President of the BC Chapter of the International Society of Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS).
