Passionate about group benefits, she ensures every detail is handled with precision and care. Over the past decade, Elaine has advanced through various roles, demonstrating her dedication and desire to make a meaningful impact.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Elaine builds strong connections with both clients and colleagues. Her work ethic, teamwork, and adaptability are key to the success of the employee benefits team. Elaine holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Economics from Carleton University, along with further studies in Cognitive Science. She also earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from Dalhousie University, highlighting her expertise in the field.
