Katie joined the team in 2022 while completing her studies at BCIT. After earning her diploma in Business Management, she pursued further education through Dalhousie University to become a consultant. Upon obtaining her Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation, she continued her professional development by earning her Life License Qualification through the Insurance Council of BC, which has led her to her current role as a Junior Consultant.

Passionate about employee benefits, she believes that a company’s greatest asset is its employees. She is eager to continue learning about the benefits industry in Canada and is committed to sharing her knowledge with clients, helping them design comprehensive and cost-effective benefits plans to support and retain top talent.
