Coverage that goes further

Most of the time, I don’t think about insurance. Insurance is something that comes around once a year for renewal and, after a quick check, I renew. This past year, however, due to a number of changes in property ownership and the suggestion of making a thorough review of our properties, I’ve had an incredible amount of interaction with Westland Insurance and my agent, Valerie Sommerfeld. Val patiently guided me through changes in house, vehicle, and farm and seasonal property insurance including updating coverage on properties, replacing misplaced documents, filing a claim, and was always available to answer questions and make suggestions. Without Val’s assistance, I would have been lost in a whirlpool of paperwork. Although I’ve thanked her in person many times, I felt it was appropriate to go public and highlight the superlative client-service Val provided me this year. She is one of the reasons that my parents have had their insurance with Westland for decades and why I will continue to do so as well. I highly recommend Westland Insurance and Val Sommerfeld.
