We solicited quotes from several brokers for insurance for a resort condo. The service we received from Tanys Copeland at Westland's head office in Surrey was excellent. Tanys was courteous, prompt and very clear in her communication. She provided a much better explanation of what would and would not be covered under the policy than was provided by other brokers.

Elena was incredible. We have just moved from Ontario and she helped explain the differences in insurance and helped us decide which plan would be best for us.
