iQ Insurance is now Westland Insurance
Joining Westland Insurance means we can provide you with even more access to great insurance products, improved claims support and competitive pricing. You will work with our expert advisors and receive the same level of personalized service you’ve come to expect from iQ Insurance Services, now under the Westland name.
Policies previously serviced by iQ Insurance Services will now be serviced out of our Metrotown Mall branch for clients in all provinces except Ontario. Ontario policies will now be serviced by our Markham branch at #306-600 Alden Rd, Markham ON, L3R 3T7.

|Optium West & Optium General||Optimum West and Optimum General offers a self-serve, online payment form if you wish to pay via credit card. Your billing reference number can be located on the bottom quarter of the first page of your policy. You may also pay via online banking by adding Optimum West or Optimum General as a bill payee and referencing your billing number. If you cannot locate this, please contact us. If you would like to be enrolled on monthly payments, please have your banking information ready and contact us to do so.

|Intact Insurance||Payment can be made on your policy by clicking the link below, selecting “Intact Insurance” as the insurance company and providing your policy number. Intact offers full payment on visa or MasterCard, a three payment plan, or a monthly payment plan from any chequing account. If you would like to be enrolled on the monthly plan and currently are not, please have your banking information ready and contact us to do so. Paying via online banking is also available, please add Intact Insurance as a bill payee and reference your policy number. Should you wish to have online delivery of documents, you may also enroll for their Client Centre using the same link.
|Aviva||Payment can be made on your policy by visiting Aviva’s self-serve payment link, selecting your province, selecting make a payment and providing your invoice number, located on the second page of your policy by the balance owing. If you would like to be enrolled on the monthly plan and currently are not, please have your banking information ready and contact us to do so. Paying via online banking is also available, please add Aviva Insurance as a bill payee and reference your invoice number.
|Agile||Payment can be made on your policy via credit card by visiting their self-serve payment link. Please have your policy number ready at the time of payment. If you would like to be enrolled on the monthly payment plan and currently are not, please have your banking information ready and contact us to do so.

How to report a claim
During standard business hours, please contact our branch directly to report the claim. Your advisor will work with the insurance company on your behalf to start the claim.
Outside of business hours, please call ClaimsPro at 1-866-935-1197. They are available 24/7 to support you.
