If your claim is not an emergency, here are some helpful tips to help during this high-volume period claims calls:
• If furnace is not working and affected by water, call out a
qualified furnace technician;
• If source of water is unknown call out a plumber/drainage
company
• If any electrical issues caused by water, contact a qualified
electrician
• Mitigate damages by moving contents to a safe location, if
possible
• Contact a local restoration company to assist with clean up
