Darlene C. was great to work with. Was easy to get a hold of, her response time was amazing and she provided all the details I needed for my home policy as well as required changes. She made it very easy and convenient to make any changes, was kind and understanding when I had questions and took the time to look into what I needed. A pleasure to deal with her and I definitely would recommend!

Darlene was absolutely the best. Kind, listening and offering great advice. She walked me through and explained everything about my coverage. Was honest but still found ways to save me money. I would recommend Darlene and hope she stays for years to come so I will feel confident every year calling and knowing I will get the best.

I am an older widow who has been with this agency for many, many years. As many people are aware, insurance premiums have increased along with everything else. I’ve been working with DARLENE CHELL for several months now to find the best coverage and rates for my needs. This lady has bent over backwards to help me and she has made countless calls on my behalf. If you are in the market for an agency and specifically an agent, I cannot recommend Darlene enough. My family's experience with Westland Insurance has been terrific! They are always friendly and willing to help and they are quick with their responses. Karen is great, as she always answers my many questions and gets back to me promptly. Definitely recommend!
