I've been with this company for 10 years or more. Never had an issue. They were always easy to get along with. Recently there was a mix up on my payments. The issue cost me $90. Not a lot of money these days, but it all counts. After speaking to the manager everything was resolved quickly.

We've carried our commercial insurance plan through PVi from the get go. The people are lovely, owners are awesome, community connection is strong, and prices are right. Thank you PVi for all that you've created and done for the Peace Region!

Been dealing with PVI for 10 years now. All the staff are great. For sure the best brokers in GP! My broker was away this week when I needed help. I love working with our Insurance agent, Margaret. She works FOR us and is always so supportive of our needs and efficient in getting us exactly what we're looking for. Everyone there is so helpful and works hard to ensure complete satisfaction with your policy (policies). Our family has been using Prairie Villa for many many years and that won't likely change!!
