Service is very important to me as I am also in the service industry. It is nice to receive the same respect being on the other side. Thank you!

I had been with Intact for almost fifteen years. I thought I was receiving good rates and good service until they cancelled my policy right after the hail storm. as I was about to claim a hail damaged vehicle. So much time, back and forth, and extra fees just to get a policy back. I was exhausted and at a loss. Dealing with a big tycoon is sincerely dehumanizing. Thankfully I stumbled upon the Palmer Salmon Instagram page and decided to give them a try. I phoned in and a broker named Ryan baker answered my call for help. He was kind patient and attentive. he immediately took note of my needs. Through a lengthy and honest conversation we worked through multiple policies until we found the one best suited for me. a policy I could not only deal with but be happy with. I’ve been with Palmer Salmon since I was 18 years old and haven’t had any problems at all. Ryan Baker has been helping me lately and he got me a great rate for my car and when I call to get something done it’s never a problem. Strongly recommend this office!
