We recently dropped into the Westland Insurance Sterling Lyon location to check out purchasing tenant insurance. We were served by their service agent, Chona. She was terrific to deal with. She was kind, patient and attentive to our needs. Through her expertise and knowledge of insurance we were able to purchase tenant insurance that was perfect for us.

I want to take a moment to give a well deserving BIG thumbs up to Chona at Westland Insurance on Sterling Lyon Pkwy. Chona is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Not to mention she does it all with a great sense of humour and a huge smile! Thank you Chona for the excellent service.

I visited after work to update my insurance and remembered I wanted to cancel a project just before closing. Jenny was incredibly patient, helping me contact MPI and cancel the project without any complaints, even after hours. Her senior broker also checked in to see if I needed further assistance. Great service!

I had the best customer service experience at this location with CHONA! She was a happy person, with a good sense of humour which makes your day so much better! I do not live in this area of Winnipeg but would drive to this location again just for the fact of being treated so well by this employee! Thank you Chona!
