Donna and Vartika provided efficient, friendly service! Both did an excellent job of moving people around to handle processes efficiently based on the equipment on hand and took care everyone’s requests promptly at a busy time, all while remaining calm and friendly. Would strongly recommend!

The customer service at SGI Betts Avenue is amazing. Everyone here was smiling and kind. A special mention to the two lovely ladies, Ms. MARY and Ms. BIANCA. Their assistance and kindness were extraordinary. They explained everything we needed to know about our auto and tenant's insurance, which helped us make an informed decision about the premiums we chose. I came in for a quick visit just to update some stuff and order a new drivers license, Donna was so helpful and kind. Very easy to talk to and was very understanding, 100% suggest asking for her if you need help with anything.

I had a great experience today, Donna the insurance advisor was extremely patient with me as I inquired about insurance on my trailer and vehicles. She helped me put all my vehicle insurances together and that was awesome because that’s something new to me. Thank you Donna Cecile Smith
