Called Westland Insurance today for Autoplan and was directed to the Abbotsford - Clayburn branch, as mine was busy. Michelle helped me with my questions and my goodness, it was a delight to work with her! She was patient, almost intuitive about what I needed, and answered all my questions. She even advised about some features I had not considered previously. I was so impressed by the quality of her service that I even ventured to ask her about insurance for my business needs. She was quick to set up a referral and if that department offers me the same level of service as Michelle did, I believe Westland Insurance has raised the bar for customer service standards amongst its competitors!
