I can only speak on the home insurance but what an debacle that has been . I needed to cancel my policy and I have had the run around all week over it . Found a new insurance broker and won't be recommending anyone anymore to come for house insurance. I feel like the person I was dealing with was being petty and giving me the run around. As far as autopac the front staff all seemed kind and friendly and the office itself is clean and nice .
