I had the opportunity to need a change in my policy. I never really dealt with these things as my deceased husband was always the one who dealt with them. With Candice I didn't worry about anything, she told me what I needed to send her and she was very professional and quickly made the changes that I needed and sent me my documents. I've been using westland for quite a few years now and it's honestly been great! Kelly Patrick has always been very helpful and responsive whenever I need help with a policy, or when I have any questions about my coverage. When I set up my house insurance, she took extra care to make sure that I had all the right coverage for my needs. One thing that I love about having her as my broker, is that she's never pushy and has never made me feel like I NEED to go in a particular direction. She's always made sure I have all the facts and can make a well-informed decision, backed by her years of experience. There's a reason I've stayed with Kelly and westland. The proof is in the pudding. I'd rate more than 5 stars if I could.
