All Service Insurance Brokers Ltd. is a family run brokerage founded by Leon and Connie Oosterhoff in 2000. Through consistent growth over the past 18 years, All Service Insurance has become a commercial insurance specialist, and in addition has built a strong personal lines portfolio.

The acquisition of All Service Insurance Brokers Ltd. expands Westland’s presence in Alberta, now with 2 Red Deer locations and 13 total across the province. Westland is excited to welcome the experienced All Service Insurance team.
