I worked with Jhana Reyes at Westland Insurance to obtain my new home insurance + condo landlord insurance and she happily answered all my questions and provided me with a reasonable quote. Sarah Alexander was referred to me by my uncle. She has excellent customer service, takes time to evaluate my premiums to make sure I'm spending as little as possible and educated us on an add on to our house insurance that we ended up needing.
