I went to the Westland insurance at high street shopping centre to renew my ICBC insurance. There was Lots of parking underground. When I went in to the office I was greeted warmly by the manager Tatiana. There was no wait time at all which was great. Tatiana is the person who helped me, she was extremely friendly and fun to interact with, she reviewed things with me and helped advise me on ways I may be able to save money, she also reviewed all the coverages with me and told me about some things I had never been shown before. She was also really friendly and not a pushy sales person, just great at giving advice. Thank you so much, I will use this location again as it’s so convinient when I am shopping at high street.
