Friendly, helpful staff and prompt service. We started using Westland about a year ago for car insurance and everyone we’ve dealt with has been great. Two of our transactions have involved transferring ownership of vehicles and today Pamela was able to complete the transaction more quickly than I expected. Made my first purchase of a vehicle in BC. Made an out of province purchase. Westland Insurance was extremely helpful along the way. I worked with a few employees during my process of acquiring insurance to get my vehicle from Alberta to BC. I then had an unfortunate circumstance where I lost ownership of the vehicle back to the dealership, who made mistakes in my purchase and bill of sales resulting in financing falling through. My last two experiences were with Sawyer and Pam at the Westshore Victoria location and they both were very helpful and understanding while I was experiencing a difficult situation and heightened expenses due to cancelling of insurances and other vehicle expenses. Great service. Thanks, Shane.
