Sawyer was Fantastic ! She helped me do a transfer of ownership and was able to answer all my questions and take care of a couple of things that might have stymied another agent. Sawyer was also a lot of fun to deal with. I’ll definitely go back to Westland and will be more than happy to deal with Sawyer again.

We dealt with Senior Insurance Advisor, Ken James of the Westside Village Office in Victoria, B.C. Ken provided us with "excellent customer service". He took the time to review/renew our condo policy, so that it reflected our needs. Hope this review will be acknowledged by his office manager. Ken was awesome to deal with.

I was very pleased with service and care I received from Valarie at Westland insurance. I was frustrated trying to find insurance for my home. When I connected with Valarie she understood my situation and promptly started working on my file. The end result was that I was able to insure my home for a reasonable price. Thank you Valarie.

We just finalized our home insurance with Westland - after a disappointing renewal experience with our current insurer. Ken was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He walked us through everything and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Excellent customer service and a terrific policy for us. Visited the office for transferring my car from ON license plate to BC. Syed was very helpful, all needed information has been provided, and we did all the process within 45 minutes. Definitely recommend.
