I needed to change my auto insurance to add business on it. Before talking to JC I spoke to 3 other brokers and they all had no idea what I was talking about. JC knew everything right away. He is kind, professional, a good listener and he really took the time to explain to me everything about my insurance. I never thought going to an insurance broker could be pleasant lol, but Jc made it so. Thanks again for your help and your time.

Hideously aggressive with adding coverage I do not want for my commercial building policy, driving up costs unnecessarily. Never had any success speaking to an actual person. Will be changing to a more reasonable insurer when current policy expires. It will be worth not having to deal with such an exasperating approach to business, even if it costs double.
