I usually get my car insurance and work policy from here and I talk to Charm to help me for the price qoute and explain the detailed technical things. Charm is one of the best insurance agents I have worked with. She is informative and calm even though I am throwing 30 questions at her in my 30 minute lunch break. She gives you all the possible options without being felt pressured to purchase more coverage than you need. Charm was able to reduce my house insurance from $819 to $600 with even better coverage than previously. That is pretty good!

Marleni Varela crushed what I needed and even made me laugh a little bit over the phone. I only had to step away from work for what felt like 2 minutes. Smart and efficient! Excellent job.
