I work in the insurance restoration industry doing tilework for people who have made claims due to various insured damages. It was time for me to renew my insurance and decided to call 7 different project managers and others who daily deal with all of the insurance companies. 6 out of 7 of them told me to deal with Westland as they themselves have policies with Westland .Basically they said that Westland is easy to deal with and honor their coverage. Just knowing that in the restoration industry the personal choice is Westland Insurance was all that I needed.

Jasraj was highly professional, responsive, knowledgeable. The process to renew my vehicle insurance was made easy by his help, overall I’d recommend trying to deal directly with Jasraj, but if not, you will hopefully have a similar experience.

Kimberly Brown has an exceptionally well-developed high focus on the client. My needs as a fulltime RVer with a significant amount of high value personal property was not easy to underwrite. Kimberly stuck with me through the entire lengthy and somewhat painful process of getting me the right, and most cost effective, insurance. I only have very high comments to describe Kimberly. Can't offer any areas for improvement at all. She dedicated herself to my needs all the way through to the end. Absolutely THE insurance broker of all time - if only other insurance brokers could rise to the level of client-focused performance as Kimberly. She is that good - and I am so lucky to have had her in my corner. Can't recommend her more. She is the person you want for your insurance champion.

Jasraj Johal, The Westland agent that assisted me with my car insurance renewal was really professional, knowledgeable and efficient - we did it all over the phone and I received my insurance papers in the mail 2 days later. Great service, thank you!

I've been going to Westland insurance for 10+ years now and I've always gotten great service. After driving old and outdated vehicles, I bought my first new car this year. Chris helped me through the process of buying extended insurance with Optiom and I have no regrets there. He also found me a way of saving a bit of money by choosing deductibles with ICBC but still get the same coverage. It was nice that he gave me first hand experience of having that plan since he uses it himself. Very happy with everything
