Shortly after, I received the necessary documents via DocuSign. The process of signing was swift and straightforward. This experience reaffirmed my decision to stick with Westland due to their exceptional customer service.

I have been purchasing my car insurance at Westland for years. Called today and left a message for Hannah Jordan about my insurance renewal. I received a call back from her within an hour. I confirmed my information with Hannah and discussed any possible changes. Had my documents from docusign within a couple of minutes, signed and done. All very easy. Great customer service. I will continue to use Westland.
