I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Christa at Westland Insurance for a plate change, and I must commend her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, Christa handled the my request with remarkable speed and efficiency. Not only was she quick to answer all of my questions, but she did so with a level of clarity and patience that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, when my father visited and was tight for time, Christa managed his mild stress with such kindness and patience, ensuring that he too felt at ease. Not alway easy! (Kidding) It’s service like this that truly enhances the customer experience. A big thank you to Christa and the Westline Insurance Auto Plan team.

I am sending this review about one of your outstanding employees that I just experienced this afternoon. Christa is an amazing individual great customer service so knowledgeable on all aspects of your business. I have built 3 business in my career having 100 employees over a 35 year period, and I would put Christa in the top 5% of valued employees. Because of her knowledge I am bring all my household and my marine insurance to your firm cause I know I will be well taking care of. Had a fabulous experience with Christa, she was very polite and friendly. Was very knowledgeable and explained all the different coverage options and which one would be best suited for my needs. Will be coming back again, highly recommend!

I was at Westland Insurance in Sechelt today to get insurance and was greeted warmly by Christa. She was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and make sure that I understood what was needed. She also had the policy ready and had made sure in advance that all the details were accurate and had looked up information that was required for the policy. Thanks so much Christa for not only being so efficient but making my time there such a pleasant part of my day. 😁 Debbie

Alicia Brooks was super helpful when I needed to add my name to my mom's insurance. Very nicely entertained my 5 year old so I could find the required documents and get the business done without distraction which is always appreciated. Would recommend and ask for her specifically anytime!
