Although I am sure you already know what a treasure you have in Natasha Hansen, I would like to express what a privilege it is to deal with someone whose knowledge, professionalism and kindness goes far above any I have experienced in the past. Natasha has been my Insurance Agent for several years now and despite my annual barrage of questions, challenges to increased Home Insurance Costs and the ongoing changes I often require, she ALWAYS addresses my concerns with patience, genuine understanding and a commitment to customer satisfaction. I greatly appreciate all the help I received renewing my policy. Debby De Ruyter, Account Manager, provided me with all the information I needed to successfully renew, and welcomed any questions I may have had. When I phoned to pay my renewal, Dominic Sabourin, Insurance Advisor, efficiently processed my payment and emailed my receipt minutes after. Thank you Westland Insurance!

Sunny helped me a lot with inquiring about travel insurance. She was very professional and extremely nice and very pleasant to talk to. She was very patient with me and walked me through exactly what I needed to know and do and different policies that I found best suited me. She was extremely helpful.

My agent is Natasha (of the W. 16th Ave. office) and I've been dealing with her for over 6 years now. Most all insurance matters concern my ongoing tenant policy. Natasha is very good. She knows her business, is accommodating, courteous AND she returns messages promptly, all of them. Her work product is always presented in a timely manner and of course is without error.
