Jackie Pipe at Vernon Anderson Way branch helped my son with his first auto insurance transaction as a new owner of his first car! She was kind and patient with him, even after he showed up without his transfer papers and had to wait for him to return with them. He is just 18 and Jackie made this a smooth and pleasant experience for him. Thank you Jackie!!

I renewed my insurance with Leo Calder over the phone. It took all of 5 minutes, if that! Very professional, and super easy. Had a great experience and would highly recommend!

I cannot believe the level of professionalism and attention to detail that I have received from Andrea MacLean! For some reason the last names of insured were transposed on my annual homeowners renewal --- a quick call, some well placed sympathy after we discovered when and where the error happened (underwriter changed in 2022) and less an a week later: new, amended and correct policy sent. Thanks.

We moved from a house in Vernon to a condo in Vancouver. We preferred to make these changes with the Anderson Way office because of their experience and knowledge as compared to the local Vancouver offices. Andrea was super efficient in transferring our rental insurance to an owner insurance. I think I'll just keep doing business with the Anderson Way office and Andrea or Stew.....
