I have been purchasing my car insurance at Westland for years. Called today and left a message for Hannah Jordan about my insurance renewal. I received a call back from her within an hour. I confirmed my information with Hannah and discussed any possible changes. Had my documents from docusign within a couple of minutes, signed and done. All very easy. Great customer service. I will continue to use Westland.

Jane was awesome, got my ambiguous case sorted out. Didn’t hesitate to find the actual details with icbc policy. Had a trade of cars with cash on top with one of the new owners not there present, and she got it sorted out efficiently. While other brokers would’ve been on the floor crying or lying to me, she stuck to the facts and got the job done. Would go back again.
