I called about renewing my insurance online and I was connected with Christine McLeod at the Burnaby, BC branch. To say the service I received from her was incredible is an understatement. She was kind, understanding and willing to help in any way she could. She went into work early the next day to ensure she could reach me before my appointments. I was having a hard time with ICBC at that moment but she helped ease some of that stress. Christine definitely went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I will be recommending her to friends and family and will be in touch in the future with any of my insurance questions or concerns. Thanks again for everything Christine!! ❤️
