Just finished adding an employee to my work vehicle. Juan was amazing. Made the interaction so easy, explained everything clearly to me. I am not an insurance broken, the logistics of adding new drivers to a company vehicle can feel overwhelming at times. Really happy I was able to get the service quickly and move back on with my day. Why go anywhere else when somebody like Juan can help you. It’s hard to find good service sometimes, and it matters quite a lot to me when I’m spending thousands of dollars making sure my work vehicles are safe to drive by all employees. Thanks Westland. I renewed my policy over the phone with Christine McLeod. She was excellent in helping me, answering my questions and was patient when I had to get my documents, etc. She was also cheerful, which I appreciate. I've always gone into the store before and it's a nice change to do it quickly over the phone. I recommend Westland Insurance for their pleasant staff.

I spoke with Teresa Morrison on the phone and she was amazing at her job. She answered all my questions and processed my insurance very fast. I had my car insurance documents within 15 minutes of my call via email.
