Today I realize that my car insurance expired. I called in a rush and Poonam Manju, from the Mission Commons branch helped me do the renewal. It took just over five minutes, and it was super easy. Called to renew my cargo trailer insurance at 730 pm, got redirected to this branch, I'm on the island, didn't even realize that Westland would be open at that hour. Spoke with Poonam who was really pleasant, considering being 30 minutes to close. Most people are miserable at that hour, but she was great and we did the whole renewal over the phone. Quick process! Thanks again for the help Poonam. She deserves a raise!!
