I got a call to renew my insurance over the phone. I was connected to Jen and she was incredible. Very helpful and quick. We got through the whole process in less than 15 minutes! She even answered a general question I had about home insurance. Thanks so much for all your help, Jen and everyone at Westland!

I’ve been dealing with Westland Insurance in Mission Common for a few years. I usually go into the office for insurance dealings and I always have had great experiences. But today I called in and spoke with Jen Novak, she answered all my questions happily and did several different policy transactions quickly. She gave me several options to collect the paperwork or have it sent to my house. She’s professional, pleasant and efficient. Well done Jen, I’ll be back.

A nice friendly company! I definitely recommend Sandy Gordon!! She was a kind follow up and quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. She has been awesome at finding a good coverage for my property insurance needs.
