Angie called me to follow up on a question I had about my house insurance policy (she clearly and immediately answered my question). She called me in the absence of her colleague who was handling my house insurance. While chatting (she was very pleasant) I mentioned I was going on a trip. She inquired if I had considered travel insurance which I had not because I thought it would be expensive. She offered to give me a quote. I bought the insurance. She was so very helpful and the travel health insurance coverage was reasonable. If she had not inquired I would not have gotten the insurance. Angie was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and gave me peace of mind. I was so pleased with her service - from her simple friendly question to my peace of mind - awesome!

Every time I have visited the Nanaimo branch I have been happily greeted and well cared for by Tanya. She has managed all of my vehicle insurance changes and additions rapidly, with thorough information, and helpful insights! Due to this interpersonal care and attentiveness, I will be a committed customer to Westland. Happy Friyay!

I recently went in to the Estevan location to renew insurance and pay a balance owing. The agent who helped me was excellent and the entire office on a whole were very professional and eager to help. I came in very close to closing time and the agent who helped me was on the phone past closing to help me with a billing issue. She was easy to talk to and I never felt once that her being there late in my account was a burden. I really appreciated the whole experience and highly recommend this location to anyone.

During a difficult time, following the loss of our father, Courtney helped us greatly with a change made to home insurance. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend her or the services of Westland Insurance more.

Courtney is awesome!!👏. I was on the phone with Courtney for sometime and she was patient and explained everything to me. She gave me options including the lesser placed option and I didn’t feel like only the most expensive was my only option. Just lots of information in order to make a confident decision on what I need to ensure my home 🏡. She’s a star 🌟 ! I recommend Courtney highly.
