I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Christa at Westland Insurance for a plate change, and I must commend her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, Christa handled the my request with remarkable speed and efficiency. Not only was she quick to answer all of my questions, but she did so with a level of clarity and patience that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, when my father visited and was tight for time, Christa managed his mild stress with such kindness and patience, ensuring that he too felt at ease. Not alway easy! I had visited this branch to renew my annual insurance, after drafting the renewal on the online form and receiving a quote for double my current premium. Christa assisted me at the branch and took all the hassle off my hands by fighting for me, calling management to resolve any issues on my profile and resulting in an increased premium of 25%. Christa explained the changes from my policy and gave me peace of mind on all aspects of my insurance renewal. Thank you Christa for your excellent service 💫

I visited today Saturday Aug 3rd 2024 and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Raman. She did an excellent job and took care of my every need, she was very professional and extremely helpful. I couldn't thank her enough. If you need help with your with insurance I highly recommend Raman.

Christa is an amazing individual great customer service so knowledgeable on all aspects of your business. I have built 3 business in my career having 100 employees over a 35 year period, and I would put Christa in the top 5% of valued employees. Because of her knowledge I am bring all my household and my marine insurance to your firm cause I know I will be well taking care of.
