Went to the Langley office for Westland Insurance and I was served by Nicole. I received excellent service from her. She was very patient, explaining things to me and answering my several questions as someone who was doing this for the first time in this country. She did a great job of putting me at ease and I would readily recommend Westland Insurance.

Had an amazing experience renewing my insurance with Natasha. She was so helpful, and ensured that all my needs were met. I will definitely be requesting her again next time I come back, and I highly encourage anyone that comes in to do the same. 10/10 would recommend!

Very kind and courteous. Chandan and the young man next to him helped me with my insurance as there were some complexities with me moving. They were both amazing and a pleasure to deal with, highly recommend!
