I decided to combine my house and car insurance at one company and chose to work with Kelly Niehaus at Westland Insurance to do so. She was great!! I had many email conversations with her and never felt rushed or ignored. My car insurance cost is now lower and due to combining both house and car, my house cost also went down. A big part of why I chose to move my policy to Westland is that I knew I would enjoy having Kelly as my agent. Yes, yes the cost was lower so that certainly impacted my decision, but, working with Kelly was just so easy and simple. Thank you so much Kelly!

Full disclosure, I work in the commercial department for this company, Greta Gerstner in our Personal Lines department looks after my personal insurance and she is fantastic! I am not just saying this because we work together, trust me, I’ve had plenty of past co-workers who have looked after my personal insurance and have not cared or even attempted to appear that they cared! Greta, you are a fantastic asset to Westland!

I’ve been speaking with Greta Gerstner regarding Auto & Condo Insurance. I found her to be very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.
